Returns & Refund policy
Yoolove wants you to be happy with your purchase, that's why we have a no fuss returns policy.
If for any reason you are not completely happy, you may exchange unused and unopened items within 14 days for alternative items or a refund.
For reasons of hygiene please do not open items that you wish to send back as we regret that we cannot exchange fault-free items once the packaging has been opened.
Due to health and hygiene we are restricted in what we can and can't do regarding to returning intimate items of Lingerie.
Items such as items with a crotch area cannot be exchanged, returned or refunded.
Other lingerie needs to be in pristine condition and in original unopened packaging in order for us to accept it's return.
Our policy is valid for a period of 14 calendar days from the date of the purchase. If you receive your order and are not satisfied for any reason you can return the product for a refund. If the period of 14 days has lapsed since the purchase, we can't, unfortunately, offer you a refund.
The following criteria must be met to qualify for a refund:
- Product is defective
- Product must be unopened
- Product must be in original packaging
- Product must be unused
- Product must not be damaged
In order to ensure the above criteria has been met, all returns will be inspected. If the product does not meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right not to issue a refund. Perishable goods are completely exempt from being returned.
If the refund is accepted, you will be refunded the cost of the item or items purchased minus the shipping fees.
Proof of purchase
To complete your refund, we require a receipt, purchase order or other proof of purchase. Please note that without the aforementioned proof of purchase, we will not issue a refund.
In order to return an order, you must contact us first and obtain and include a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns will not be accepted without a valid Return Merchandise Authorization.
Once an RMA has been issued we will send you the returns address. You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs with regard to the items that you wish to return. We will not refund the shipping costs.
You must take care to ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found damaged or used beyond what it takes for us to reasonably inspect it, then we may reject a refund.
We advise you to send goods using recorded delivery or courier as we cannot be held responsible for any loss of your parcel on the way back to us.
You have the right to cancel the order at any time before the order has been shipped.
